Our RATES
Our mission at Ainsworth Child Development Center is to nurture, guide, and challenge our children and to engage the families in the communities we serve in a sustainable, high quality environment. We currently only offer full time care but are evaluating options and will be adapting to changes. The center is currently open 7:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday but subject to change. Below you will find our weekly rates for each age range.
We currently only offer part time rates for our Preschool room but this is subject to availability!
We are excited to offer Drop-in Care (subject to availability) at a rate of $45 per day.

Lexi Bussinger, Director
Lexi brings new energy, experience entrepreneurial attitude to our team. Growing up in Norfolk, she brings a depth of experience with childcare. Not only did she grow up in a home with an operational day care but also has experience as the assistant director at Small Beginnings Childcare in Long Pine for 4+ years.
“I am passionate about the importance of quality care for our children! I’m so excited for the opportunity to work with such amazing women and continue to provide our community with such an essential service.” -

Heidi Bartsh, Lead Infant Educator/Assistant Director
Heidi is originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, and has nearly 10 years of experience in early childhood education. As ACDC's Lead Infant Educator and Assistant Director, she is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child feels valued and supported as they learn and grow.
One of Heidi's favorite aspects of working in childcare is building meaningful relationships with children and their families. She believes strong connections help create a positive foundation for each child's early learning experience and enjoys watching children reach new milestones and develop confidence along the way.
Outside of ACDC, Heidi enjoys spending time with her family, running, exploring the outdoors, and working on creative art projects. She is grateful to be part of each child's early learning journey and is committed to helping them grow with confidence, curiosity, and joy.

Mercedes Brooks, Lead Toddler Educator
Mercedes is originally from Butte, Nebraska, and currently lives in Springview. As ACDC's Lead Toddler Educator, she is passionate about creating a fun, engaging, and nurturing environment where toddlers can explore, learn, and thrive. She has been working with children since she was 12 years old, and her love for early childhood education has continued to grow ever since.
Mercedes finds great joy in watching children reach new milestones, build confidence, and develop new skills throughout the year. She values the opportunity to make a positive impact during such an important stage of each child's development and loves partnering with families to support their child's growth.
Outside of ACDC, Mercedes enjoys spending time with her family and friends, making memories with her fiancé, and playing with her dachshund puppy. She is also excited to be marrying her best friend in August 2026 and looks forward to this wonderful new chapter in her life.

Trenadi Dodds, Lead Preschool Educator
Trenadi is originally from Stuart, Nebraska, and has always had a passion for working with children. As ACDC's Lead Preschool Educator, she is dedicated to creating a fun, caring, and engaging classroom environment where every child feels safe, supported, and encouraged to learn, grow, and express their individuality.
Trenadi loves watching children gain confidence, develop new skills, and discover their unique personalities throughout the year. She finds it incredibly rewarding to be part of each child's learning journey and enjoys seeing the growth they make both inside and outside of the classroom.
Outside of ACDC, Trenadi enjoys spending time at home, playing a variety of sports, and going on walks with her significant other, Braxton, and their four dogs. She is grateful for the opportunity to help children build a strong foundation for learning while creating meaningful memories along the way.

Sequoya Reagan, Nutrition Specialist
Sequoya serves as ACDC's Nutrition Specialist, bringing a wealth of knowledge and 27+ years of experience from the food service industry along with a strong understanding of child nutrition. She is passionate about preparing nutritious, well-balanced meals that help support the growth, health, and development of every child in our care. Her dedication to providing quality nutrition ensures that mealtimes are both healthy and enjoyable for our children.
In addition to her role in nutrition, Sequoya plays an important part in helping keep ACDC running smoothly by overseeing many of our maintenance and upkeep needs. Her hard work, attention to detail, and willingness to help wherever needed contribute to creating a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for our children, families, and staff.
Outside of ACDC, Sequoya enjoys spending time with her four children and husband, and also caring for her many animals.
